Catch Him or Not?

A friend told me once, "Geez Lisa, what does he have to do? Flash her boobs in front of your face!" - meaning whoever he is boinking could flash me and I still wouldn't believe it. Knowing your husband is stepping out on you is one thing, proving it though ,is another matter. Using professionals that know what they are doing can be expensive and who's to say it would do any good. You can prove your instincts are correct, but it won't matter in the divorce as to the outcome in a no-fault state, at least I've been told. I've also been told it could make a difference if you go to court. Once the hubby thinks you are suspicious though, I'm sure he gets careful making it even harder to prove. What's more important, respecting someone's privacy that's screwing you over and keeping your integrity or proving you are right?
